Surprised to see a punter on the list? Marquette has some of the strongest legs in the NFL, averaging 47 yards per punt. He led the NFL in punting yards in 2014. He has left Oakland, but will still be booting bombs in high altitude this season in Denver.
9. Linval Joseph, DL, Minnesota Vikings
Known as “Big Goon” in Minnesota, Linval is as intimidating as they come. He put up 39 reps on the bench press in his draft combine. Pro-bowler the past 2 seasons, Joseph loves celebrating his sacks with a home run swing move.

Sean Lee is absolutely ripped. He consistently ranks in the NFL Top 100, a list of the best players in the league. He is a pro-bowler as well.

Martin is a perennial pro-bowler since joining the league in 2014. His strength is on display every Sunday during the NFL season where he blocks opposing defensive linemen all day.
5. Odell Beckham Jr, WR, New York Giants
Odell has the strongest hands in the NFL. This was on display during his iconic catch in his rookie year. He won rookie of the year. He is also known to throw ridiculously long throws during warmups and at training camp. Eli’s replacement???

Ezekiel “Zeke” Elliot is famous for his signature “crop top” for a reason. Those abs are glorious. He also has some incredible lower body strength used to burst through holes in the defense. He can put up 200 yards no problem.
3. Xavier Rhodes, CB, Minnesota Vikings
“Rhodes Closed” is something opposing wide receivers know all too well when facing Xavier. A product of Florida State, Xay has amazing strength which has made him the best cornerback in the NFL.
2. Rob Gronkowski, TE, New England Patriots
The last name is enough to tell you how strong he is, “Gronk” just sounds like a jacked dude. Gronkowski is a bruising tight end who blocks with no problem and runs through defenders after he catches the ball.
1. J.J. Watt, DL, Houston Texan
Watt in the best defender in the league and that isn’t a debate. He racks up sacks like no one else. He will go down in history as one of the best linemen ever.
